Josh focuses his practice on corporate and commercial disputes.  Prior to joining Meluney Alleman & Spence, he served as an attorney in the City of Houston Legal Department and represented clients in private equity fund formation matters as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Josh lives in Newark with his wife and their two cats.
