Matthew D. Beebe

Matt focuses his practice on commercial litigation in Delaware’s state and federal trial and appellate courts.  He has substantial experience on all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation and business disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, books and records actions, and breach of contract.  Before joining Meluney Alleman & Spence, Matt practiced as a litigator in the corporate restructuring department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, before making partner at an AmLaw 200 law firm.

While in law school, Matt served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Matt grew up in Lewes, Delaware and is a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School.  He lives in Lewes with his wife and two sons.
